We feel it is important by reaching out with an update on what we are doing to support you as our global community during this unprecedented time due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
As an essential critical business, Sherman Engineering is dedicated to our customers to continue to support and assist by providing systems, parts and service, especially to the hospital community during this critical health crisis of COVID-19. We will continue to support you and offer 24hr /7day a week service. We have ASSE 6040/6030/6010 accredited service technicians ready to help with your medical gas systems. We can help with installation and certification. Our qualified service technicians are working with customers, following our safety guidelines and adhering to our customers’ strict protocols. Our sales engineers and executives are available for technical support or, if critical to your operation, an on-site visit. Our project managers and service coordinators are available to assist via phone and email.
Our warehouse will continue to process orders and keep parts and product moving to our customers. We have medical gas outlets, gas manifolds, medical vacuum and air compressor systems along with industrial vacuum and compressed air systems. Whatever your situation is, please rest assured you can count on Sherman Engineering Company.
We are following the CDC requirements as an essential critical business by sanitizing our offices each day, sanitizing all equipment that comes through our doors, and providing hand sanitizer for our employees. In addition, Sherman Engineering has provided our employees the equipment required to work remotely to ensure business operates as normal. We will remain fully operational until further notice. The safety and well-being of our Employees and Customers has always been and will continue to be our number one priority.
